Job Description: 

Ministry Focus:
*Playing weekly music in person Sundays at 10am
*Accompany special music

Occasional Duties:
*Play music for special occasions and services (Funerals, weddings, Ash Wednesday, Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Christmas Eve, etc.) in consultation with pastor.

Skills and Requirements:
*Ability to read music, and to communicate with people effectively
*Able to work with a minimum level of supervision
*Must have church authorized background check

Compensation:
*$15 an hour

Commitment:
*Five (5) hours per week
*Sunday Morning Worship; preparation as needed (church open for piano rehearsal throughout the week)
*Planning for music arrangements when not available

Four weeks off each year

We give thanks for the uniqueness of ​​each person and we celebrate the diversity of God’s Family. We welcome all people regardless of race, religious denomination, or sexuality. As we journey together, we strive to walk together in community, as we strengthen our personal walk with Christ in a manner that is nonthreatening.

How We Live

Everyone’s experiences of faith and walking this journey are on different levels and by no means is one person’s faith/walk better than another.
Children and youth are extremely important to us at Brooke Road Church. We want our children to feel love, care and safety as they grow in relationship with God and others. Brooke Road Church believes that mission and outreach in the name of Christ are essential for expressing our faith.
As we serve, we broaden the journey to include others in the grace, peace, and fellowship together, we journey together believing that lives can be enriched transformed by love and forgiveness. We invite you to join our community any time as we journey in faith, hope, and joy
